Who We Are

Jane Revell's photo JANE REVELL has worked as a professional trainer throughout Europe and Latin America since the early 1970s. She has also worked at management level in the British Council for much of this time and has frequently been invited to act as a consultant on many different projects worldwide, and to speak at international conferences.

She has qualifications in linguistics, modern languages, training, media studies, psychotherapy, educational kinesiology, stress management and personal colour consultancy and is a member of ANLP (Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming), ISMA (International Stress Management Association) and SEAL (Society for Effective Affective Learning).

'Success Over Stress' cover She is the author of several books, including a lively and accessible introduction to NLP In Your Hands with an associated workbook Handing Over and, most recently, Success over Stress (all available from Kite).

She is a Master Practitioner and a Certified Trainer of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for INLPTA (the International NLP Trainers Association), and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessor.

KATRINA PATTERSON

After a long career with the Consumers' Association, Katrina took on a senior management role as Head of the Market Information Department. She liaised with manufacturers, suppliers of services and consumer organisations throughout the world at board and senior technical levels and worked on pan-European consumer projects. In 1995, she set up her own company, Key 2 Potential, working as an independent consultant and therapist.

She was until recently Deputy Chair and Press Officer for the Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP). Katrina is a part-time lecturer in NLP in the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Continuing Education at Birkbeck College, University of London and speaks regularly at national and international conferences. She is an NLP Master Practitioner, an INLPTA Certified Trainer of NLP, a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessor and a member of SEAL.

BOB JANES

Bob is Jane's husband and is also a coach supporting professional people in transition. Bob's first career was in business where the was the Finance Director of one of ICI's businesses. During his career he worked in international finance, mergers and acquisitions and had responsibility for strategy, information systems and change management among many others. For the last fifteen years he has worked with the softer skills of business as a change consultant, trainer and coach.

Bob is a Master Practitioner of NLP, has a post-graduate diploma in Psychology and a Masters degree in Organisational Consulting. He is certifies in the HBDI (the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument), is a certified trainer of the LAB (Language & Behaviour) Profile; has experienced most of Landmark Education's programs and Head-coached twice on Julian Russell's 20-day Life Talent personal development programme.
